Seven steps from bare land to the keys
Every step has a document and a date. We do not start one before you have signed off the one before it.

Site visit and consultation
We visit the land with you, check the boundaries, utilities and access roads, and listen to what you need and what your budget is. The first visit is free.
- 02Week 1
Survey and soil report
A precise land survey and soil boreholes to determine the right foundation system — the single step that saves the most money.
- 03Weeks 2—5
Design and calculations
Full architectural and structural design with certified calculations and construction drawings, with your sign-off at every stage.
- 04Week 5
Quote and timeline
A detailed offer with a bill of quantities, material specifications, the duration of each phase and the payment terms — written down, and comparable against any other quote.
- 05Weeks 6—12
Permits
We prepare the permit file and follow it through the authorities ourselves until it is issued, and tell you where it stands at every step.
- 06Months 3—10
Shell construction
Excavation, foundations, concrete and blockwork to written specifications, with a pour record and cube tests for every stage.

Finishing and handover
Finishing to approved samples, a checklist for every room, and handover with a written warranty and as-built drawings.

Where we build
Tanta
Our base, and the city we build in most: turnkey villas, apartment finishing, administrative buildings and restoration of older structures. The responsible engineer visits the site himself, and the first visit is free.
The office is on El-Geish Street, Nile Tower — you are welcome to drop in.
El-Mahalla El-Kubra
We build shops, commercial centres and residential buildings here. Being close to Tanta means the supervision team reaches site in under an hour, so daily supervision is real rather than nominal.
Delivered here: a commercial centre.
Kafr El-Zayat
We offer structural design, engineering supervision and full execution here. Areas near the Nile need a borehole report before the foundation system is chosen, and that is where we start.
Zifta
Shell construction and finishing, plus engineering supervision of your existing contractor if you would rather continue with them. Residential work here is mostly repeated floors, where planning the steel ahead genuinely saves money.
New Cairo
Residential towers and turnkey villas. Work here demands strict compliance with compound requirements and handover dates, so we run to a weekly schedule you approve.

10th of Ramadan
Hangars, steel structures and factories. We design, supply and erect the hangar, and hand over a plant ready to operate — floors and services included, not just a frame.

Warehouses and light industrial buildings. The industrial zone has its own rules on heights and fire routes, and we design for them from the start rather than retrofitting later.
